Ағымдағы жылдың 12 қазан күні Б.Құндақбаев атындағы №1 орта мектебінің акт залында «Дарынды балаларға-талантты ұстаз» аудандық педагогикалық олимпиадасы өтті. Олимпиаданың мақсаты мен міндеттері. Педагогикалық олимпиаданың мақсаты-жас педагог қызметкерлердің шығармашылық әлеуетін және өзін-өзі дамыту үшін жағдай жасау, білім беру жүйесін жетілдіруге жас мұғалімдердің белсенді кәсіби көзқарасын қалыптастыру. Педагогикалық олимпиаданың міндеттері
- Педагогикалық мамандықтың мәртебесін және беделін арттыру;
- Жас педагогтардың әдістемелік деңгейін жетілдіру;
- Жас педагогтардың оқу-тәрбие процесіне инновацияларды енгізу;
- Эксперименттік және инновациялық жұмыстардағы кәсібилігі мен дербестігін дамыту;
- Жас мамандардың өз педагогикалық қызметіне талдау және өзін-өзі жетілдіру,
- Шығармашылық қабілеттері мен белсенді кәсіби ұстанымдарын дамыту, Аудан бойынша 21 жас маман қатысты. Жүлделі 1-орынды Жетіжал орта мектебінің математика пәні мұғалімі Әбшайыхова Мадина Төлепбергенқызы иеленді. Шын жүректен құттықтаймыз!!!
